学生应用程序 & 招生说明

1. Use hyperlink or QR code given to your school for the Dual Credit Application & 网上报名表格.
2. 用动态表单创建一个帐户. Make sure it’s an email you will be able to access.  This cannot be a shared email account with your parent/guardian.
3. Once you have created an account, you will receive an email from notify@ngwebsolutions.com.
4. In that email, click the “confirm email” link and login to your new account. 您不需要添加手机号码.  If you don’t see a form—go back to the original link and click on it again.
5. 完成整个申请. Any questions with a red asterisk is REQUIRED. 也请再次检查 所有电邮地址 for accuracy.

7. The parent/guardian you included on the application will automatically receive an email from forms@raynoldsnarh.net 批准您的申请/注册.

 Next steps....

1. Your high school will review the application and supply Northwest with a high school transcripts.
2. Once Northwest has received the application and approvals from parent/guardian and school, 招生团队会录取每个学生.  
3. The Registrar team will enroll all admitted students into the courses indicated on the application & enrollment form.
4. Upon enrollment, the Dual Credit team will notify each student with an individualized course schedule and acceptance packet.  This information will be attached to a message with the subject line 欢迎来到西北双学分课程! 邮件发送者将是 dualcr@raynoldsnarh.net. 
5. After students have been fully accepted and enrolled, bills will be mailed at the end of that month to the home address given to Northwest through the application and enrollment form.

2024-2025学年, tuition for face-to-face Dual Credit courses will be $97 per credit hour. Tuition for online Dual Credit courses will be $107 per credit hour.

Bills for dual credit are issued the last week of each month.  帐单被邮寄到存档的地址.  Students are encouraged to pay the total balance on or before the due date to avoid finance charges.  Students are automatically enrolled in an installment plan at the time they receive the first bill of the semester.

To access the Payment Center online and make a payment:

• Log in to CatPAWS

High school students choose Dual Credit courses through Northwest for cost savings and course opportunities. Dual Credit courses help students finish college sooner.

Scholarship

从2022年秋季学期开始, high school students may be eligible to receive a scholarship that covers the tuition and fees for their dual credit or dual enrollment courses. To qualify, students must demonstrate financial need and be taking dual credit or dual enrollment courses from a Missouri college or university and meeting the program’s eligibility criteria. 

To be eligible for assistance, students must meet the following requirements. Please note the requirements related to A+ eligibility have been removed based on the 2022 changes.

• Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and a Missouri resident 
• Enroll in dual credit/dual enrollment classes through an approved Missouri college or university
• Have a minimum 2.5 unweighted, cumulative high school grade point average and have otherwise met the high school’s requirements for taking dual credit or dual enrollment classes
  • Students must submit a copy of their high school transcript to verify they have met the GPA requirement. 此文件每年只需要一次.
• Meet one or more of the following indicators of financial need:
  • Immediate family eligible for free and reduced lunch

Printed and electronic transcripts can be requested online through Parchment.

Important Notes

• Requests for transcripts cannot be made by email or by phone.
• A HOLD on your record prevents the release of transcripts.
  • Transcripts are not issued to individuals who have Past Due financial obligations, 评估保留或不完整的录取文件.

The goal of the CORE 42 is to facilitate the seamless transfer of academic credits. The completion of the CORE 42 at any public institution of higher education will transfer to every other public institution of higher education in the state and substitute for the receiving institution’s general education requirement. Individual courses that comprise the CORE 42 are guaranteed to transfer one-to-one among all public (and participating independent) colleges and universities in Missouri.  All courses that are part of the CORE 42 will have the above logo embedded in the course description within the University catalog.

Drop: if a student is taking multiple courses at Northwest and they want to leave one of the courses, 他们需要启动空投.
